Petition to
Excellencies
Mr. President Xí Jìnbíng – China
Mr. President Abd al-Fattah Said Husain Chalil as-Sisi – Egypt
Mr. President Prabowo Subianto – Indonesia
Supreme Leader Hodjatoleslam Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei – Iran
Sultan Haitham bin Tariq bin Taymur al-Sa’id – Oman
Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani – Qatar
Mr. President Vladimir V. Putin – Russian Federation
Mr. President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan – Türkiye
On the path to lasting peace in the Middle East, especially in the Gaza enclave, which has been ravaged to an unimaginable extent, it becomes apparent that Israel and its arms suppliers, above all the US, do not respect treaties, nor laws, nor statutes.
Israel government habitually blocks all efforts to bring about a ceasefire. In this desperate situation, new and unusual approaches are gaining strength and persuasiveness in order to prevent, at the last minute, the completion of what appears to be a firmly decided genocide, tolerated in many ways by the majority of governments worldwide.
Shortly before the total annihilation of the Gaza enclave and, with a slight delay, the West Bank, we therefore ask you, esteemed excellencies presidents and revolutionary leader, to advocate in the UN General Assembly for:
1. Putting Israel under tight supervision of the Vienna-based International Atomic Energy Agency, IAEA, and subsequent handover of all Israeli nuclear weapons to member states of the UN Security Council, revenues to be distributed to homeless displaced Palestinians and reconstruction of Gaza, all under IAEA supervision and cooperation, including dismantling and terminating permanently all of Israel’s abilities to produce and store nuclear weapons.
2. Protection of Jewish minorities worldwide. This task is to become a high state duty of every UN member state.
3. Revocation of the unfortunate partition resolution of the then UN British mandate territory by the UN Full Assembly in its resolution no. 181-II of November 29, 1947, whose justification and legal basis are increasingly being called into question anyway. This consequently implies a time-framed step-by-step dissolution of the state of Israel (for further details see attached appendix* to this petition, items 2-4).
*Appendix to Petition https://gazatalks.org
This item 3, Your esteemed Excellencies, would be taken up only, in case Israel does not, immediately, within 24 hours after approval of the appropriate UN GA resolution,
– implement the latest US ceasefire and peace proposal as of September 2025 (to which both sides, Hamas and Israel, have already agreed in various ways),
– cease all acts of war,
– withdraw its troops from the Gaza Enclave completely, and
– open completely all border crossings including Rafah for all types of humanitarian aid deliveries, allowing for uninhibited speedy deliveries of food, water, humanitarian goods and energy, including diesel, mobile homes and hospital as well as reconstruction gear
– and allow full operation of UNRWA immediately, same as before October 7, 2023
– irreversible permanence of ceasefire and peace in Gaza (further details in Appendix*, item 1).
– within five years: full and complete Israelis troop withdrawal from the Westbank with full extradition of all (illegal) settlers.
Failure by Israel to fulfill the requirements of this time table leads to immediate implementation of item 3 at any time (see Appendix, items 2-4).
4. In this petition, which stands under highest time pressure, we continue to respectfully request for a safe and peaceful place for direct talks between the delegations of Hamas and honest Jewish leaders, not least because of the murders of senior Hamas leaders and the suppression of critics of Israel.
Given their history and current position, your esteemed countries appear to be ideally suited to provide such a safe location for the long-overdue and now urgently needed meeting between Hamas leaders and Jewish associations.
We kindly ask you, esteemed Excellencies, to consider granting protection and security for this historic meeting, which should take place as soon as possible at a suitable location on your esteemed countries’ soil – possibly even under your gracious patronage.
